Responsibilities

3. Be responsible for drawing review, establishment of files and spare parts preparation before mold transfer and production;

4. Be responsible for the improvement and repair of production mould;

5. Develop new products according to IATF quality management system;

6. Prepare production process, operation instructions, PPAP documents, etc;

7. Solve the technical problems in the production process;

8. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mold design or metal forming or related;

2. Have the theoretical basis of cold forging and warm forging die forming, and be familiar with various forming structures and metal material characteristics;

3. At least 5 years working experience, at least 3 years working experience in cold forging and warm forging die design and manufacture of automobile parts;

4. Master the forging process, heat treatment process and machining process;

5. Proficient in using relevant CAD / CAM / CAE software for mold design, such as AutoCAD, UG, deform, etc;

6. Have a certain understanding of iatf16949 quality system, and be familiar with product design, quality management and other process related knowledge;

7. Serious and responsible, rigorous and meticulous, excellent communication ability and team spirit;

8. Have some English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability is preferred.
